What counts as a tracking tool
"Tracking tools" means cookies and comparable technologies that store information on a visitor device or read it back, including browser local storage and scripts served by third parties.
The word "cookie" is used in this document only for the specific tool that requires a browser. Some tools expire when the session ends, others stay stored for longer.
What the public sites use
The public sites — metricalgo.com, discover.metricalgo.com, support.metricalgo.com and hst.metricalgo.com — are static sites. They set no cookies of their own, do not measure traffic, use no advertising pixels, do not profile visitors, and share no data with advertising networks.
The only third-party tool present is the web font service described in the next section.
Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited)
Page typefaces are loaded through Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Loading happens from Google servers and involves sending the visitor IP address and some technical usage data to Google.
The service sets no profiling cookies and is not used for advertising purposes. Place of processing: Ireland. See the Google privacy policy for details.
Anyone who prefers to avoid that transfer entirely can block external fonts in their browser settings: the pages stay readable with system typefaces.
What the platform uses
The platform at app.metricalgo.com, reachable after registration, uses technical tools that are necessary for it to work. They are stored in the browser of whoever uses it and are never used for profiling or advertising.
- Authentication tokens: keep the session active so credentials are not required on every page.
- Interface preferences: language, theme, sidebar state, chosen layout.
- Working preferences: applied filters, recently viewed symbols, progress through the product tour.
Third-party services used by the platform
The platform relies on a few external services, each for a specific purpose. Their providers process data under their own policies, published on their sites.
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe): subscription and payment handling. It processes the data needed for the transaction; full card details never pass through our systems.
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited): protects forms from automated submissions. It collects page interaction data to tell people apart from automated programs.
- LeadConnector / GoHighLevel: newsletter sign-up form. Active only where the form appears, it collects the data entered voluntarily.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited): typefaces, as described above.
Consent and legal basis
The necessary technical tools — authentication, preferences, spam protection and payment handling — are used to deliver the requested service and to keep transactions secure. They require no prior consent because the service cannot work without them.
No profiling, measurement or behavioural advertising tools are present. Should any be introduced in future, this document will be updated and prior consent will be requested where the law requires it.
How to control or delete cookies
Browser settings let you see which cookies have been stored, block them and delete them. Instructions are available in the guides for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera.
Blocking the necessary technical tools prevents the platform from working: without session tokens you cannot stay signed in.
Linked external services
The pages link out to external profiles and channels — including Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and Discord — as plain links. Those links load no third-party content into our pages and set no tracking tools until they are followed.
Once reached, those services process data under their own policies, over which we have no control.
Changes to this document
This document is updated whenever the tools in use change. The last revision date is shown at the top of the page.
